Admin Assistant (Learning & Development) – Home Based
£18,581 to £20,314 pa SCP 1 to SCP 6

The Administration Assistant will support the work of the Learning and Development (L&D) Team by providing proactive, high level administrative support. This role requires an experienced, confident, and forward-thinking individual with an ability to manage administration duties to a high standard and an empathy for primary education.

With the Multi Academy Trust of 60 primary schools, the Training & Development Team offers outstanding training opportunities for teachers and all support staff. The Administration Assistant will help to support all our training administration needs, whether it’s for staff who are just starting their teaching careers through national School Direct PGCE and Teaching Apprenticeship programmes or through specific CPD training to develop and enhance staff skills and knowledge and developing them to undertake their daily activities in their work.

The Administration Assistant is a permanent role reporting to the Learning & Development Coordinator supporting our growing training team and will also work with the Head of Learning & Development and National ITT Lead to provide an excellent support and administrative service.
