Hours:

Contract:

22.5 hours per week (can be worked flexibly).

Term time plus 4 weeks. One-year fixed term contract in first instance. Secondments welcome.

Salary:

£26,000 – £30,000 FTE depending on experience (£15,600 – £18,000 actual)

Location:

Remote based with the ability and willingness to travel to team meetings in the East Midlands (Northampton) and on occasion further afield.

The National Association of School-Based Teacher Trainers (NASBTT) is a registered charity committed to promoting high-quality schools-led programmes of training, education and professional development of teachers.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Administrator to support and strengthen our digital marketing. This is a varied and dynamic role supporting the delivery of NASBTT’s digital marketing and communications activity in line with our strategic priorities.

You will play a key role in maintaining our digital platforms, creating engaging content and ensuring that all digital communications reflect NASBTT’s professional voice, values and commitment to the education sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the day-to-day administration of NASBTT’s websites, maintaining and updating content using WordPress, ensuring accuracy, accessibility and consistency
  • Video creation & editing – creating, editing and managing short-form video content
  • Creating, scheduling and managing engaging content across digital channels (website, email and social media platforms)
  • Supporting planning, creation and scheduling of content across social media channels
  • Creating digital and graphic assets to support communications activity
  • Supporting the co-ordination and delivery of online and in-person events
  • Providing administrative support to the Communications Manager and wider team

Essential skills and experience

  • Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience using WordPress
  • Experience or interest in video creation and editing
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft 365, Canva, AI and digital tools
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • A professional, proactive and flexible approach
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards and representing the organisation positively
