The National Association of School-Based Teacher Trainers (NASBTT) is a registered charity committed to promoting high-quality schools-led programmes of training, education and professional development of teachers.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Administrator to support and strengthen our digital marketing. This is a varied and dynamic role supporting the delivery of NASBTT’s digital marketing and communications activity in line with our strategic priorities.
You will play a key role in maintaining our digital platforms, creating engaging content and ensuring that all digital communications reflect NASBTT’s professional voice, values and commitment to the education sector.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the day-to-day administration of NASBTT’s websites, maintaining and updating content using WordPress, ensuring accuracy, accessibility and consistency
- Video creation & editing – creating, editing and managing short-form video content
- Creating, scheduling and managing engaging content across digital channels (website, email and social media platforms)
- Supporting planning, creation and scheduling of content across social media channels
- Creating digital and graphic assets to support communications activity
- Supporting the co-ordination and delivery of online and in-person events
- Providing administrative support to the Communications Manager and wider team
Essential skills and experience
- Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience using WordPress
- Experience or interest in video creation and editing
- Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft 365, Canva, AI and digital tools
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- A professional, proactive and flexible approach
- A commitment to maintaining high standards and representing the organisation positively
