The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of mentoring within NITE’s Initial Teacher Training team. We offer a number of different routes into teaching, and this role will oversee the development of mentoring across all of the ITT programmes including the re-design of all aspects of the mentor curriculum.
Our Successful Candidate
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable teacher educator to lead the development of NITE’s curriculum and quality assurance processes for school-based and lead mentors. You will have significant knowledge of mentoring trainee teachers, leading others and be experienced in developing curricula. The successful candidate will be a skilled multi-tasker who can work efficiently, at pace and with excellent attention to detail.
