The National Professional Qualification in Leading Teacher Development (NPQLTD) is a recommended qualification for Lead Mentors working within ITT partnerships as set out in the DfE’s quality requirements for 2024.
Working in partnership with the Teacher Development Trust (TDT), we are pleased to offer the NPQLTD which is contextualised specifically to support members working in ITT.

Limited funded places – only available to our Members
There will be a maximum of 44 places across our London and Liverpool cohorts for Autumn 2024. To prioritise our Members, places on the course will be restricted to ITT Lead Mentors who are employed directly by one of our member organisations or one of their partner schools.
Please note that we will allocate places on a first come, first served basis however we may restrict numbers per provider to ensure a fair distribution.
