Chartered College Logo

I hope you will have seen that the Chartered College of Teaching has launched our Early Career Hub. As you know, the COVID-19 outbreak has caused huge challenges for the profession.  The Early Career Hub is an indispensable resource packed with articles, interactive content and high-quality classroom footage created by teachers and academics, aligned to the Early Career Framework and Teachers’ Standards and tailored to the needs of early career teachers.  The hub gives teachers the opportunity to view real classroom practice and is created by teachers and academics so that early-career teachers will have access to all the support they need for whenever they step into the classroom.  Below is a template email below for you to share with current and incoming student teachers which includes a link to a demo video.  Incoming trainees can join for free if they hold an offer.

The Chartered College would be very grateful for your support and are able to offer the following:

  • There is a webinar at the end of this month for anyone training teachers and trainees. We’ll be giving a live demonstration of the Early Career Hub and other membership benefits. Please sign up here
  • We would be delighted to come to speak (face to face and/or virtually!) with your trainees. Let us know some dates by emailing jtreacy@chartered.college

Please forward this to your colleagues in other teacher training courses.
