As you will be aware, many schools will be reopening for a phased return from 1st June 2020. Unsalaried trainees have the decision as to whether they wish to return on a voluntary basis.
Essex and Thames SCITT have created this helpful document which is intended to scaffold trainees thinking when making the decision to return by outlining some of the possible considerations.
