“Meeting and working with other SCITT leaders in a collaborative format was a positive and affirming experience. Having the time to reflect and consider issues and solutions was very useful, and the workshop approaches worked really well. The group size was just right and there was time to get to know everyone and hear about provision and ideas.”
Alison Smith, Course Director, Cornwall SCITT – TEP Level 3
