This communication was sent by the Department for Education on Wednesday 3rd October 2018:

Dear colleague,
We’re pleased to tell you that Find postgraduate teacher training, the Department for Education’s search service for potential teachers, is now online. Thank you for preparing and publishing your course information in time for the launch.

Find postgraduate teacher training replaces the UCAS search service, which is no longer online. Note that when applications to courses open on 9 October, candidates will still have to apply through UCAS – they’ll be directed from Find postgraduate teacher training to the UCAS application form.

Change your information

If you’d like to make any changes to your detailed course information (including contact details), you should do this in Publish teacher training courses, the publishing platform for the search service. To make corrections to course titles, qualifications or course codes, you’ll still have to use UCAS web-link. In both cases, changes will usually appear in Find postgraduate teacher training within one working day.

To add content to a course in Publish teacher training courses, you’ll first have to set it to ‘New’ or ‘Running’ in web-link. Only courses set to ‘Running’ will appear in Find postgraduate teacher training.
