Do you have a ‘hero trainee’ who has gone above and beyond?
Have they faced adversity and overcome?
Have they played an important and effective part of post-Covid recovery?
We are looking for ‘hero trainees’ who have played an important and effective part of post-Covid recovery in schools (in summer term 2019-20 and now for the 2020-21 academic year).
We are interested in hearing their personal experiences, as well as providers and mentors’ perspectives on trainees as a trusted and valuable resource during this period.
This information will form part of our work against the ‘benefits and impact of ITT’ and the ‘role of trainees’.
