Invoices will be issued when the book is dispatched, this will be on or shortly after 21st October 2019. Full payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Cancellations must be received in writing no later than 30 days before date of publication (21st October 2019) and will be subject to an administration fee (10% of the order cost plus VAT). Cancellations must be sent to office@nasbtt.org.uk. Cancellations received after this time or not put in writing will be subject to the full order fee.
