Overview
With busy workloads, increased virtual learning and an ever-changing sector, NASBTT is pleased to offer Members the opportunity to attend its online Espresso Shot Networking Events.
Designed to be a brief information exchange and engaging discussion for Members, this fast-paced session will focus on NASBTT’s Subject Development Resources.
NASBTT’s Subject Development Resources has been designed to be as flexible and purposeful as possible, therfore, during the session, NASBTT’s James Coleman will demonstrate the variety of ways ITT providers can utilised these resources most effectively and how the resources can support trainees to develop their knowledge of the key concepts and principles of effective teaching and learning and what this looks like through the lens of a subject, giving trainees a vital understanding of the nuances and specific knowledge often only built through experience and time. James will also focus on how mentors can use the resource to upskill and be informed of the key research and theory that trainees are engaging with.
Members will have the opportunity to discuss their Subject Development plans for 2023-2024 and as always, the NASBTT Team will be on hand to answer any questions.
