Overview
In this session, we will turn our focus to preparing trainee teachers as effectively as possible for what is a challenging training year. We’ll look at the importance of the trainee induction period, what should be included as part of this process and most importantly, look at how our culture can set the tone and expectation for the training year.
Designed to be a brief information exchange and networking session for Members, these events are the perfect opportunity for a fast-paced session focussing on a key, relevant topic and provide the opportunity for Members to engage with colleagues over a virtual coffee.
