Overview

Trainee misconduct is notoriously complex and in this increasingly litigious world it is important to ensure that any actions taken by providers sit within the various statutory frameworks.  This session provides an introduction to managing investigations into trainee conduct, when and how to refer to other agencies and preparing for panels.

Designed to be a brief information exchange and networking session for Members, these events are the perfect opportunity for a fast-paced session focussing on a key, relevant topic and provide the opportunity for Members to engage with colleagues over a virtual coffee.

Benefits

  • Actionable: relevant to current contexts
  • Connected: join the discussion
  • Accessible: open to all

Facilitator

  • Jo Palmer-Tweed, CEO Essex and Thames Education
