Join NASBTT and CENTURY for a dedicated session designed specifically for Members who are already using the Fundamental English and Maths Assessments as part of their ITT provision. This event will focus on helping existing users maximise the value of the platform and explore how it can be used more effectively to support recruitment and trainee development.
The session will build on your existing experience of the CENTURY platform and offer deeper insights into how CENTURY can be used to interpret diagnostic data, support applicants with identified gaps and strengthen decision-making within recruitment and onboarding processes.
CENTURY’s AI-powered diagnostics analyse each applicant’s understanding of key English and maths concepts, providing clear insights into strengths and areas for development. The platform can then generate targeted learning pathways through short, focused teaching modules (“nuggets”), enabling applicants or trainees to address specific gaps in their knowledge.
In this session you will:
- Deepen your understanding of the platform – Explore features and reporting tools that can help you gain more insight from diagnostic results;
• Share practice with other providers – Hear how fellow NASBTT Members are integrating the assessments into their recruitment and trainee support processes;
• Discover ways to maximise impact – Learn practical approaches for using CENTURY to support applicants and trainees in strengthening their fundamental English and maths skills;
• Ask questions and troubleshoot challenges – Take part in an interactive discussion with CENTURY experts and fellow users.
This session is ideal for colleagues already using CENTURY within their ITT provision who would like to enhance their use of the platform, share experiences with peers and ensure they are getting the greatest value from this NASBTT Member benefit.
