Overview
Year on year, recruitment data suggests that the education sector is simply not doing enough to increase the ethnic diversity of the teaching workforce. In this session, our expert facilitators will work with you to explore how you can maximise recruitment with a focus on diverse applicants. The session will include lots of practical advice, as well as sharing best practice of challenges and successes.
