NASBTT’s Teacher Educator Programmes are a suite of tailor-made programmes designed to provide professional development for Teacher Educators.
This Level 4 programme is suitable for Initial Teacher Training Provider Leads (or those are aspiring to be), those developing new provision or those who are new to the role in an established provision. It is also suitable for experienced ITT Leaders seeking to refresh their knowledge and understanding of this complex landscape.
This programme, tailor-made by experts in the sector, will equip you with the skills you need to lead effective ITT provision in the schools-led sector.
This programme includes a one-day coaching visit approximately six months after the programme.
During this programme, delegates will:
- Gain knowledge and understanding of the complex ITT landscape;
- Understand the financial ITT environment;
- Develop confidence in their role as an ITT practitioner;
- Reflect on and develop their own practice and that of their provision;
