As you will be aware, on 22 May 2024, Rishi Sunak announced he had requested permission from the King to dissolve parliament and called a general election to be held on 4 July. As a result of this, during the pre-election build-up (period of purdah), we will be limited in the information we are able to ascertain from government and related bodies such as Ofsted and SLC about anything policy related.
We will, however, still be able to answer any operational questions members may have.
