Through a series of real-world case studies and practitioner-led insights, delegates will
explore how the MDMs are being used to:
- strengthen mentor practice
- enhance partnership working
- support the development of confident, effective mentors.
Speakers from HEI’s will share their experiences of implementing the modules, the benefits for mentors and trainees, and the positive outcomes for ITE provision.
The event will also provide an opportunity to understand how the MDMs align with current sector expectations and the requirements for high-quality mentor training. Delegates will gain practical insight into how the modules can be embedded flexibly within existing mentor development programmes.
