
National Mathematics & Physics SCITT Programme Lead

The National Mathematics & Physics SCITT (NMAP SCITT) is England’s only school-based Mathematics and Physics subject-specific initial teacher training provider. The NMAP SCITT aims to provide the best Mathematics and Physics teacher training in the country. Our programme is delivered via a network of the very best state and independent schools across the country.
An exciting vacancy has arisen for a Programme Lead to join our unique, ambitious, and expanding SCITT. The successful applicant will be a middle or senior leader with experience of secondary ITT. The post will involve working three days each week for the SCITT and, for full-time applicants, two days teaching at Wycombe High School, in any subject.

This is a high-profile position with responsibility for successful and effective programme leadership. The Programme Lead will:
- model and promote the highest standards of teacher training.
- have the expertise and experience to manage a team of Assistant Programme Leads and other expert colleagues to deliver a high-quality programme.
- embrace our vision and ethos and drive and implement ongoing enhancements to the programme.
- develop networks with existing and new expert colleagues to establish highly productive, professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
