Overview
Schools and education settings share with others a duty to safeguard the children in their care. Implementing safer recruitment practices is one way of discharging this safeguarding obligation.
This refresher training is specially tailored for individuals who have completed Safer recruitment training in the last three years.
This training is specially tailored for ITT and will provide delegates with the information and understanding they need to recruit safely and comply with relevant statutory guidance. Delegates will gain the skills they need to ensure that safeguarding is at the heart of their recruitment decisions.
This training is suitable for those in the education sector who are involved in staff selection.
Please note that NASBTT is a licensed provider of the Safer Recruitment Consortium training. Full attendance and engagement are required to achieve certification.
