If you want to recruit a MFL teacher, use DfE’s pool of Spanish Teachers to help you recruit a teacher free of charge. We’re pleased to be working with Randstad Public Services Ltd to deliver the nationwide programme. MFL teachers are recruited from Spain and placed in English schools. The only cost to schools is the teacher’s salary.
Randstad will support in:
- matching teachers to school requirements;
- arranging interviews;
- placing teacher’s into schools; and
- helping teachers through the transitional period of moving to England.
Teachers recruited through the Spanish Visiting Teacher programme have been rigorously assessed and interviewed by English head teachers, and must have qualified teacher status. Teachers receive an extensive acclimatisation package inclusive of pre-arrival support, on-arrival residential event and continuing professional development.
