Yamina Bibi is an Assistant Headteacher and English teacher, leading Teaching and Learning. As an accredited Resilient Leaders Element’s Consultant and WomenEd network leader, Yamina believes that through inclusive, effective leadership, coaching and mentoring, all staff can thrive and elicit brilliance within themselves. Yamina is also co-host of Series 1 of The #DiverseEd podcast, a contributing writer for ‘Diverse Educators: A Manifesto’ and is author of ‘A Little Guide for Teachers: Thriving in Your First Years of Teaching.'
