I can’t remember my password and I am unable to access the TEP Licence Holders area on NASBTT’s website. What should I do?
If you know your username but have forgotten your password, this can be reset using the ‘Lost my password’ option. This can be found at the bottom of the login screen. If you still need help, you can email info@nasbtt.org.uk and one of the team will help you.
I’ve stopped receiving NASBTT’s newsletters and correspondence. Why is this?’
Sometimes, emails get caught up in school mail filters. If a number of emails are deleted without being read, this will deem the emails as a ‘hard bounce’ and, over time, the system will flag this and cease sending communications so that we don’t have our communications deemed as SPAM. Contact us to restart your communications. It is also useful to add our email address info@nasbtt.org.uk to your contacts and check your junk mailbox.
'We want to deliver TEP sessions that were missed due to lockdown. How do we go about this?’
Email a summary of your online delivery intentions to NASBTT requesting permission to deliver online prior to advertising TEP training. From September 2020, follow NASBTT online facilitation requirements in the updated Licence Terms and Conditions and also the Quality Assurance Rationale.
‘May I include additional Mentor training specific to our Provision during NASBTT TEP delivery?’
Yes, however, NASBTT requests that facilitators emphasise that where additional training content is included, it is unconnected to NASBTT’s TEP materials.
