Level 1: Effective Mentoring and Coaching

This introductory programme to mentoring and coaching is aimed at new and aspiring coaches and mentors.  The modules, which have been designed by NASBTT, are tailor-made for colleagues working in school settings.  It is delivered by licensed providers, who have been trained by NASBTT and who are entitled to offer this programme.  Licensed providers have access to the suite of training materials designed and updated by NASBTT and are quality assured in their delivery of this training.  Delegates interested in attending this programme can contact us for details of local facilitators.

Who is this programme for?

You have, or are aspiring to have, responsibility for supporting at least one member of staff through their career development by providing tailored coaching and mentoring opportunities, structured in-school training opportunities and advice and guidance as part of your day to day role.

Programme Dates
