Level 2: Advanced Coaching and Mentoring

This tailor-made two-day programme is designed to enhance the skills of experienced mentors and coaches.
It includes:

  • Two days of tailored training;
  • Buffet lunch;
  • Refreshments throughout the day;
  • Networking opportunities.

Please note, overnight accommodation is not included in this package but we can recommend local hotels and restaurants if required

Who is this programme for?

If you wish to undertake this training, you will need to be able to evidence significant experience (at least two years) of coaching and mentoring colleagues through their career development (these may include, but are not limited to trainees, NQTs, RQTs, etc.).  This training will enhance your skills as a coach and mentor, preparing you to work with larger groups of colleagues, perhaps as a lead tutor, NQT mentor or senior coach.  If you do not yet have proven coaching and mentoring experience, you may be interested in our entry-level programme (please contact us for more details).

Please note: Delegates who attend the Level 3 programme Training Excellent Mentors, Coaches and Facilitators and who pay the annual license fee, will be entitled to offer this programme under our licensing agreement.  This programme is being offered centrally for delegates who wish to attend the training but do not wish to hold a license themselves.
