Turnaround times

NASBTT will use its best endeavours to provide a response to enquiries within 48 hours (2 working days).
Members acknowledge that NASBTT cannot be held responsible for delays caused by UK ENIC’s systems, data availability, or support response times.

Data handling

Members must provide only redacted copies of certificates/qualification documents.
NASBTT does not collect or retain personal candidate data through this service.
By submitting documents, members confirm they are responsible for ensuring personal data is not shared.

Service fee

Annual subscription: £450.00 (no VAT).
Includes unlimited enquiries (subject to any reasonable use policy) for 12 months.

On registration of this service, Members agree to the terms and conditions of the NASBTT UK ENIC Information Service.
