This role offers the opportunity to develop leadership and management skills, and will entail communicating with applicants, the SCITT Board; the wider school re the continuation of teacher training and development. There is some financial management involved, project planning, future-thinking, and, of course, inspection. It is an excellent opportunity to be at the forefront of the roll-out of school-based ITE in a nationally accredited organisation, and at the heart of teacher development.
The job description and person specification and application form is located in the link below and on our website, and the right person for this job will be someone who has been involved in ITE and understands the challenges and requirements.
