NPQLTD Participant

Applications for Autumn 2024 are Open

We are pleased to be working in partnership with the Teacher Development Trust (TDT) to offer our Members the National Professional Qualification in Leading Teacher Development (NPQLTD), which has been contextualised specifically to support colleagues working in ITT partnerships. TDT have recently been graded as an Ofsted Outstanding provider.

The NPQLTD is a recommended qualification for Lead Mentors working within ITT partnerships, as set out in the DfE’s quality requirements for 2024. Undertaking this qualification through NASBTT will allow colleagues to work alongside a cohort of ITT professionals, contextualise the learning to our sector and share and build upon the extensive ITT expertise that exists within our membership.

To be eligible for scholarship funding for this qualification, the applicant must hold the role of ITT Lead Mentor and work with an accredited ITT provider.

There will be a maximum of 44 places across our London and Liverpool cohorts for Autumn 2024. To prioritise our Members, places on the course will be restricted to ITT Lead Mentors who are employed directly by one of our member organisations or one of their partner schools.

Please note that we will allocate places on a first come, first served basis however we may restrict numbers per provider to ensure a fair distribution.
