Emma Hollis is Executive Director of the National Association of School-Based Teacher Trainers (NASBTT) which promotes high-quality schools-led programmes of training, education and professional development of teachers.

James Coleman, Head of Operations and Training
James' favourite thing about working in education is that he is able to work in an environment where there is always something new to learn and he is never happier than when collaborating with colleagues. James is passionate about trying to raise professionalism within the teaching profession and ensuring that teachers are held with the respect they deserve within society.

Alison Hobson
Executive Officer
Alison is responsible for organising the Executive Director's diary, providing administrative and clerking support to the Board of Trustees, all aspects of finance for NASBTT, member support and liaison and the management of specific projects.

Jayne Hoskins
Communications Manager
Jayne leads all aspects of communications, marketing and events at NASBTT to help raise the organisation's profile and grow the membership.
Jayne manages the communication channels including the member blog and newsletters, website and social media channels. Jayne is also responsible for organising all events including the Annual Conference, the Annual Awards Evening and the CPD calendar.

Caroline Draper
Administrator
Caroline supports the NASBTT Team with a range of administrative duties including events administration and administration and website support for NASBTT Subject Development Resources (previously Networks Live).
Claire Prescott
Communications Officer
Claire supports NASBTT’s Communications and website developments. Claire leads the communications and content management for the Teacher Educator and Mentoring Zone along with project managing the administration for NASBTT's NPQLTD.
