I have worked for Suffolk and Norfolk SCITT for four years and am now proud to be the Executive Leader of one of the biggest SCITTs in the county. Prior to this, as a headteacher, I saw first-hand the positive impact trainee teachers can have on a school community. Currently, I am the SCITT lead on a major piece of evidence-based research investigating teacher retention and will share our findings for the benefit of the sector. I am committed to supporting school improvement and am keen to further this ambition by serving as a trustee for NASBTT to represent and develop school-led teacher training.
