Payment terms
- Payment terms are strictly 30 days from the invoice date.
- Non-payment of a membership invoice exceeding 60 days will result in membership being suspended until payment is received.
- Non-payment of a membership invoice exceeding 90 days will result in a late payment charge of 5% of the value of the invoice.

Video Resource Bank - Terms of Use
When using NASBTT's Video Resource Bank (VRB) you agree to view these videos in line with the Terms of Use.
Failure to comply with the Video Resource Bank Terms of Use will result in your organisation's access being withdrawn
- These videos are for use in training and development programmes with Trainees, Early Career Teachers, Mentors and Teacher Educators.
- Use of these videos is permitted for the subscribed academic year.
- These videos are NOT to be shared with anyone except your Trainees, Early Career Teachers, Mentors and Teacher Educators.
- You are NOT permitted to be share these videos, or extracts from them, on social media, your website or any other digital platform.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that Trainees, Early Career Teachers, Mentors and Teacher Educators use these videos appropriately as outlined in these Terms of Use.
Payment terms
- Payment terms are strictly 30 days from the invoice date.
- Non-payment of a service invoice exceeding 60 days will result in access for all registered users of the service(s) being suspended until payment is received.
- Non-payment of a service invoice exceeding 90 days will result in a late payment charge of 5% of the value of the invoice.
ONLINE EVENTS
- Name changes can be made before the event at no charge; however, we do ask for you to notify us as soon as possible to aide access to the event.
- Online event places cannot be shared across multiple delegates.
- Transfers are permitted to like-for-like events within the same academic year (where available) at no additional charge.
- Cancellations received by email no later than 30 days before the date of the event will be subject to an administration fee (10% of the delegate cost). Cancellations must be sent to info@nasbtt.org.uk.
- Cancellations received less than 30 days before an event or not put in writing will be subject to the full delegate fee, which will also apply in the event of non-attendance.
- NASBTT will not offer refunds for cancellations arising from events outside of its control.
- NASBTT reserves the right to amend the programme, content and published facilitators without prior notice.
Certification training
- Attendance at all sessions is required for those attending certificated training.

PHYSICAL (FACE TO FACE) EVENTS
- Name changes can be made up to 5 working days before the event at no charge; however, we do ask you to notify us as soon as possible to aide access to the event.
- Unfortunately transfers to other events are not permitted.
- Cancellations will be subject to the full delegate fee, which will also apply in the event of non-attendance.
- NASBTT will not offer refunds for cancellations arising from events outside of its control.
- NASBTT reserves the right to amend the programme, content and published facilitators without prior notice.

PURCHASE ORDER REQUIREMENT
From September 2025, NASBTT will be operating a ‘No PO, No Service’ requirement in accordance with our terms and conditions.
If your organisation requires a purchase order (PO) number to be included on an invoice, this must be provided to NASBTT before your registration and/or access can be processed. Each registration form will require you to confirm if a PO number is required for the invoice.
