• Attendance at all sessions is required for those attending certificated training.
• Name changes can be made before the event at no charge; however, we do ask for you to notify us as soon as possible to aide access to the event.
• Once an event has started, the place is not transferable to a different delegate.
• Transfers are permitted to like-for-like events within the same academic year at no additional charge.
• Cancellations received by email no later than 30 days before the date of the event will be subject to an administration fee (10% of the delegate cost). Cancellations must be sent to info@nasbtt.org.uk. Cancellations received after this time or not put in writing will be subject to the full delegate fee, which will also apply in the event of non-attendance.
• NASBTT will not offer refunds for cancellations arising from events outside of its control.
• NASBTT reserves the right to amend the programme, agenda and published facilitators without prior notice.

Payment terms

• Payment terms are strictly 30 days from the invoice date.
• Non-payment of an event invoice exceeding 60 days will result in prior payment being required for future events.
• Non-payment of an event invoice exceeding 90 days will result in a late payment charge of 5% of the value of the invoice.
