Annual Conference 2026

EXHIBITION AND SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Annual Conference and Awards 2026

The NASBTT Annual Conference and Awards brings together colleagues from across the Initial Teacher Training (ITT) sector for a day of learning, inspiration, networking and collaboration, followed by an evening celebration recognising excellence, innovation and impact across ITT.

Taking place at BMA House, London, the events provide a unique opportunity to connect and engage with ITT leaders, providers, policymakers and sector partners, while showcasing innovative products, services and resources designed to support the wider education community.

Alongside keynote sessions, panel discussions and networking opportunities, the event also features a dedicated exhibition space designed to maximise delegate engagement with sponsors and exhibitors throughout the day, before concluding with the NASBTT Awards Evening.

The conference programme includes:

  • A dedicated 45 minute exhibition and networking session prior to the start of keynote content
  • Two refreshment breaks within the exhibition area
  • Lunch served within the exhibition space

These structured opportunities are designed to provide meaningful time for delegates to visit stands, connect with exhibitors and explore products, services and resources relevant to the ITT sector.

We will also run an Innovation Passport Challenge to encourage delegates to engage with all exhibitors throughout the day. Delegates collect stamps from exhibitor stands to enter a free prize draw, with prizes generously provided by sponsors.

The NASBTT Awards Evening

Provides additional opportunities for sponsor visibility and engagement through:

  • Award sponsorship,
  • Table sponsorship
  • and Branding throughout the celebration.

Please note that sponsorship does not include speaking opportunities or influence over conference programme content. All conference and awards content is curated independently by NASBTT.

All sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities are subject to availability.

Innovation passport challenge

To encourage delegate engagement across the exhibition, NASBTT will run an interactive Innovation Passport Challenge.

Delegates will visit exhibitor stands to collect stamps or digital check-ins and will be entered into a prize draw once completed. This initiative helps ensure strong footfall across all stands and creates meaningful opportunities for conversation with delegates.

We welcome sponsors contributing prizes for the draw, which will be acknowledged during the conference.

The passport will be delivered in a printed format and we will provide stamps to each exhibitor.
