The NASBTT Awards 2026 are made possible through the generous support of organisations that share our commitment to celebrating excellence across the Initial Teacher Training (ITT) sector. We are delighted that the Awards Evening is sponsored by Mosaic, whose support helps us recognise and showcase the outstanding contributions being made by individuals, teams and organisations across teacher training.
In addition, each award category is sponsored by an organisation that is passionate about supporting the sector and recognising the achievements of those working within it. We are grateful to all our sponsors for their support and invite you to learn more about the organisations helping to make the NASBTT Awards 2026 possible.

SCITT OF THE YEAR AWARD
Mosaic
Mosaic by Penrose Education is a digital platform designed to support connected, high-quality Initial Teacher Training by bringing people, practice and learning together in one place. Developed in collaboration with ITT providers, Mosaic creates a shared space for curriculum, training and programme expectations, supporting greater coherence across programmes and partnerships. The platform provides tools for training plans, target setting, observation and feedback, mentoring and reflective practice. It also supports placement management, progress tracking and quality assurance. Optional AI features support deeper reflection and cohort-level insight while keeping professional judgement at the centre. By bringing these processes together, Mosaic helps teams reduce reliance on fragmented systems, ease administrative burden and maintain visibility of trainee progress, engagement and emerging needs. Flexible and configurable, Mosaic can be tailored to reflect each organisation’s context, size, curriculum, programme design and approach to teacher education.
