REGISTERING YOUR TRAINEES FOR THE 2025-2026 ACADEMIC YEAR
Your registered trainees will be able to access the Trainee Hub for the period 1st September 2025 to 10th July 2026.
GETTING STARTED
To register your trainees, mentors (for their free account) or any additional staff, please complete the Trainee Resources registration spreadsheet with their details. Guidance for completing the spreadsheet is available on the ‘Guidance’ tab.
It is essential that the information you share is accurate and contains the correct email addresses. If you are supplying organisation/school email addresses, please ensure that your users have access to these.
Return your completed Trainee Registration spreadsheet to info@nasbtt.org.uk.
Please ensure that you make your trainees aware that they have been registered for the Trainee Resources. You should also advise them that they will be receiving communications from NASBTT regarding accessing the resources and 'Getting started'.
- Please note that registrations are not transferable or refundable.
- Access to the Trainee Resources is activated based on the information shared with NASBTT.
- An invoice will be generated according to the information shared with NASBTT and organisations are liable for payment based on the information shared.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
On receipt of your data, access is subject to a five-working day set up period.
NASBTT will process your registration data and share welcome and getting started communications with your trainees.
NASBTT will acknowledge that your registration data has been processed. NASBTT will also seek clarification about any questions that have arisen such as bounced email addresses.
NASBTT will share an invoice based on the number of registered trainees and any additionl staff. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

UPDATES TO YOUR DATA
If you need to advise us of any updates to your data during the year, please resubmit your registration spreadsheet to info@nasbtt.org.uk indicating:
Any removals in red
Any changes in orange
Any new users in green
