The Belonging Effect Mighty Network is a free, safe professional community space for people working in education who are interested in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. A space to connect, share best practice, ask questions, exchange advice, and learn from each other. Our aim is to build a trusted and supportive community – one that sparks meaningful conversation, encourages practical learning, and shapes intention into impact. With over 2000 members, the Belonging Effect Mighty Network offers a diverse community of support.
