Overview
Join us for our Member Workshop exploring ITaPs – Insights, Impacts and Reflections, providing space to reflect on how Intensive Training and Practice is developing across ITT provision.
This interactive session will bring together experiences from across the sector, sharing insights into how ITaPs are being implemented, adapted and embedded within programmes.
Drawing on provider experiences and sector insights, the session will consider the impact of ITaPs on trainee development and programme design, alongside the lessons learned so far.
The session will cover:
- Reflections on the implementation of ITaPs across ITT provision
- Emerging insights and impact on trainee development
- Approaches to embedding ITaPs within programmes
- Challenges, adaptations and lessons learned
- Opportunity for questions and discussion
Through a combination of shared practice, discussion and reflection, this workshop will offer a supportive space to deepen your understanding and consider your next steps.
There will be opportunities to engage with colleagues, share experiences and learn from practice across the sector.
