Overview
Join us for our SEND in ITT Networking Forum as we explore how to support neurodivergent trainee teachers through a model that is inclusive by design.
We will discuss training strategies – across facilitators, central sessions and online platforms – that are useful for all but essential for some. Our conversation will dive into the nuances of reasonable adjustments, distinguishing between the training environment and the unique demands of school placements, while extending the focus to include neurodivergent mentors and facilitators within the wider network.
This session is a collaborative opportunity to share our efforts to make our ITT partnerships accessible, resilient and supportive for every professional involved.
Please note that as this event is designed to be a discussion forum rather than an information session, we will not be recording the event.
