Join NASBTT and CENTURY for an informative session exploring how NASBTT Members can make the most of the free Fundamental English and Maths Assessments available through their membership. Ensuring trainees meet the required fundamental English and maths standards is an essential part of ITT recruitment. Through this session, CENTURY will showcase how their intelligent diagnostic assessments can help providers quickly identify applicants’ strengths and areas for development, enabling more informed recruitment decisions and targeted support where needed.
The CENTURY platform uses AI-powered diagnostics to analyse an applicant’s knowledge and provide immediate insights into their understanding of key English and maths concepts. Where gaps are identified, the system can generate tailored learning pathways through short, focused teaching modules (“nuggets”) to support improvement.
In this session you will:
- Learn how the assessments work – Understand how CENTURY’s diagnostic tools identify strengths and development areas in English and maths.
• See the platform in action – Watch a live demonstration of the AI-powered system and its reporting capabilities.
• Explore recruitment applications – Discover how ITT providers are using the assessments within their recruitment and selection processes.
• Ask questions and share insights – Take part in an interactive discussion with CENTURY experts and NASBTT colleagues.
This session will provide practical insights into how the CENTURY offering can support providers in identifying and supporting prospective applicants/trainees.
