The next GTE conference will be held in Manchester Friday 23 January to Sunday 25 January.
Manchester Metropolitan University (Venue: The Salutation 12 Higher Chatham St, Manchester M15 6ED)
The GTE Conference is being held at Manchester Metropolitan University, Manchester from the afternoon of Friday 23rd – Sunday 25th Jan at lunchtime. This is an in-person conference, so provides the opportunity for attendees to network and discuss ideas but does not include accommodation or the evening meals.
The aim is to share best practice ideas and current research being done in geography education including masters level and other initiatives and project work, relevant to training geography teachers. We particularly welcome presentations from those new to their roles as geography educators, whilst also encouraging attendees keen to network and share ideas informally to attend.
Costs: £70 for three days and £60 for two days
