National Portrait Gallery has free CPD sessions for primary school teachers in the ‘Take One Picture’ project. The session explores the pedagogy and practice of using paintings to inspire child-led, cross-curricular projects which takes the painting by Canaletto, ‘A Regatta on the Grand Canal’, from 1740 .
