This year, NFER’s annual review of the education workforce in England, funded by the Nuffield Foundation, is more comprehensive than ever.
Alongside our eighth annual report on the teacher labour market, NFER has published new reports on the early years workforce, the school support staff workforce, and the further education workforce. The reports culminated in a final summary report that brings together key findings from the series and assesses the current challenges facing the education workforce as a whole.
NFER also hosted a webinar, chaired by Emily Tanner, Programme Head at the Nuffield Foundation, where the authors of the series explored the findings in greater detail.
