The OIA has published new guidance on: Good Practice Framework: Handling reports of harassment and sexual misconduct.
The guidance is intended to highlight the principles of good practice when receiving, investigating and responding to disclosures and reports about harassment and/or sexual misconduct; and disciplinary processes for dealing with students whose behaviour has been reported.
We hope this guidance will empower the decision-makers, those who involved in developing these procedures, to have the confidence to customise their processes to respond to the reports they encounter.
