From the 2025 to 2026 academic year, the Register Trainee Teachers service will automatically check each trainee’s record for the correct number of placements.
A trainee’s status will not be updated to ‘holds QTS/EYTS’ until the minimum number of required placements has been entered.

You may have noticed we’ve recently made changes to the Recruitment Reports in the Manage teacher training applications service (Manage).
Among other changes, we’ve added regional filters in addition to the existing national filters, and also embedded Equality, Diversity and Inclusion data in the main report.
