Reports to: Talent Acquisition Partner -ITT
Purpose of the Role
To attract, recruit and select trainee Teachers for Academies Enterprise Trust Teacher training programme. You will ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the selection process. Develop close partnerships with schools within the AET network to build trust and ensure efficient candidate delivery.

This is where you come in! We need to ensure that our academies are receiving the best possible Teacher Training candidates. You will work with the Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the selection process. You will build and maintain close working relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure that their recruitment needs are understood and fulfilled effectively.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference and impress in influential roles within a key priority area for the trust. We’re looking for Recruiters who have already got a proven track record of working in a fast-paced, volume-driven recruitment environment, ideally within Education and initial teacher training. In addition, you will have a sound knowledge of the graduate and career changers recruitment market.
