NASBTT is “firmly of the belief that administrators are the heart and soul of providers”

Administrator Training Programme, October 2019

To support SCITT and School Direct administrators in their role, we are proud to be launching our Administrator Support Partner (ASP) Programme.

NASBTT is keen to assist SCITT and School Direct providers by brokering the services of experienced and successful ITT administrators to work as Administrator Support Partners (ASPs).

Administrator Support Partners will support and mentor newly appointed SCITT and School Direct administrators guiding them through the day-to-day requirements of the role and serving as a buddy for guidance, advice and support.  Experienced administrators will also be able to engage the services of an ASP to help review their practices or support particular aspects of the role.  Our ASPs will offer a bespoke service dependent on the requirements of the individual and the provider.

In order to offer this service to our members, we are seeking to appoint Administrator Support Partners (ASPs) from all regions of the United Kingdom.  To apply, you will need to complete and return the application form and we will ask your line manager for a testimonial.  Should your application be successful at shortlisting, we will ask you to attend an interview with NASBTT colleagues.  Interviews are scheduled for the following dates:

Thursday, 30th January 2020 in London

Wednesday, 22nd January 2020 in Sheffield

For more information, including a full job description and person specification, please contact Alison Hobson.

Closing date: Friday, 3rd January 2020 at 5.00p.m.

The National Association of School-Based Teacher Trainers is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
