African Lives in the North England Project is a rich source for teachers to deepen their subject knowledge. Two new virtual heritage trails have been launched to celebrate the role and influence Africans and other diverse groups have had on Newcastle. The trails for KS2 and KS3 include famous and ordinary people of African descent. Teacher script and resources are available.
