Anecdotally, we are hearing that there may be increasing complications arising for members encountering challenges over non-disclosure of disabilities – in particular, mental health disclosures. NASBTT is working with UCET to gather specific examples to take to the DfE in order to request that more specific guidance is issued around this complex and sensitive area.
