e-Qualitas – Who are we?

Our intent is to deliver a cohesive, integrated and personalised curriculum in order to train high quality teachers. This intent runs through everything we do from recruitment, through our training in partnership and into employment. The most important factor to us is that whoever joins our team is willing to embrace our culture and ethos, and be prepared to drive and implement change that ensures the best outcomes for our trainees.

Our vision is to educate the educators of the future.

We are currently recruiting for the role of Operations Manager based in our central London office in the heart of Soho.  The main purpose of this role is to support the journey of all Initial Teacher Training (ITT) trainees and schools, from their initial offer of a training place to Qualified Teacher Status and their end point assessment.   An understanding of ITT or apprenticeships would be highly advantageous but not essential.

Our Operations Manager will be focussed on the following 4 areas:

Leadership

  • You must be a hands on and inspirational leader with a lot of tenacity, positivity and drive. You will inherit a small but experienced team who have the desire and capacity to develop. They are looking for a supportive and empathetic leader who will empower them going forward and trust their experience. You will be fair, approachable and ‘own the solutions’ for the team. A sense of humour will always be welcome.

Compliance

  • You will ensure that your team remains compliant in all aspects of DfE and Ofsted regulations and that the internal and external systems align.  Prior experience of working in a highly compliant environment will be essential.

Communication

  • Your team would be the central cog in the e-Qualitas wheel so it will be important that you can evidence examples where you have worked with multiple stakeholders both internal and external to provide a first class service. The ability to problem solve and create and implement new procedures, is key.

Company Goals

  • You will provide key support to the Operations Director and the Programme Director on all ITT issues and work closely with the National Partnership Manager to ensure that the operations team are able to deliver on company targets.

This role will not only reward you financially but also provide a service that has a positive impact throughout communities for years to come.

To support the wellbeing of our team, we operate a hybrid-working pattern. 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Laptop and mobile phone will be provided as will full training and the support of a fantastic team.
