NEW evidence review: Metacognition and Self-Regulation
The EEF has just published the evidence review we commissioned to underpin our guidance report, Metacognition and Self-Regulated Learning. Authored by Daniel Muijs and Christian Bokhove, this review examines two key questions:
- What are metacognition and self-regulated learning?
- How can these skills be improved and what impact does this have on attainment?
