Invoices will be issued when books are dispatched; this will be on or shortly after the publication date. Full payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Cancellations must be received in writing no later than 30 days prior to the title’s publication date and will be subject to an administration fee (10% of the total order cost). Cancellations must be sent to office@nasbtt.org.uk. Cancellations received after this time or not put in writing will be subject to the full order cost.
